Hello Dolls!!! :) I'm linking up today with Leslie ( I just love her) @ A Blonde Ambition for confessional friday...

So, here goes my confessions for this week...


1. I'm still mourning the loss & end of my all time fave show.. Desperate Housewives :( I actually cried like a big baby at the end of the series finale & kinda want to cry now just thinking bout it...

2. I've had pleasant dreams all week of choking one of my co-workers to near death... She is one of those people that is medically high-strung ( I don't think it's dr. prescribed either if you catch my drift) & talks constantly...lol

3. I'm considering not doing laundry for a few weeks just to teach a certain someone I live with a lesson ;)

4.  I made a 8x9 pan of lemon bars last night & ate pretty much half of it in one sitting... & have no shame about it either because they were SO good, in fact I may eat the other half for lunch...lol

And there you have it my confessions for the week:):):) Have a great weekend, dolls :)... I plan to do some posts showing off some of my home decor projects I've been working on soon... Until next time...:)

Yes, that's right I'm back... Hope you really didn't think you'd get rid of me that fast (lol)... So, let me tell what kinda trouble I've been up too since my last post... ;)

1.  I got bored & decided I needed a new colorful spring(ish) wreath for my front door, so off to Michael's & Hobby Lobby I went- I was actually looking for one to buy but I said to heck with spending $30.00 plus bucks when I can make my own for under $10.00... So, that's just what I did I bought one of those plain vine wreaths & some cheap random artificial flowers that I cut from their stems & I got my trusty glue gun out & got busy on it..................... Here is the Before & After :)

2.  My lil Boston Terror/Terrier Sophie decided that she loved to eat those nasty white mushroom looking thingy's that grow in the grass this time of year, therefore giving her seemingly endless bouts of diarrhea... I know it's gross but it's also kinda funny at the same time... I do hope she learned her lesson but I won't hold my breath (lol)

3.  On Friday night, somehow the planets were aligned so that I could find myself searching through the channels to find something else to watch (as if I need anymore shows to watch)... low & behold I stumbled across this little gem of a show called "Still Holding on" starring Wilson Phillips... yep, that's right you read it... Wilson Phillips (lol) & not only did I stay up til about 1:30 am watching episodes, but I took it a step further & busted out my OLD Best of Wilson Phillips cd for my car ride to work that a.m... Hey, don't judge me (lol)!!! This leads to my next & final thing for this post...

4.  I watch probably way more ALOT of reality tv than I should & it is my most GUILTY pleasure of all... I LOVE the Real Housewives & could go on but I won't... at least maybe not til' another post (lol)  Although, I did spend hours catching up on Sunday from what I didn't have time to watch throughout the week (Praise GOD for dvr) But I did watch the season finale of GCB & loved it... I pray that abc brings it back for another season, it is SO funny & I LOVE it, is any one else a fan??? I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Desperate Housewives & my lil heart is breaking that next week is the series finale... I almost cry when I think about it :(... Well, I guess I'll wrap it up for now- Until next time ;) xoxo











My Style...

Decorating & Home Decor are my main passion... With that said I thought maybe I'd let my decor styles be known... First & foremost did I say that I was obsessed with animal print??? It is true...(lol) as you will see from the pictures I post of my home over time- don't worry I "TRY" not to let it get too gaudy ;)... But, I also have a STRONG love affair with old world & tuscan style decor too & i'm totally into the whole fleur de lis & cross metal decor thing that seems to be popular these days :). I'd say color wise I'm more into the browns, blacks, bronzes, & gold colors but I do love red too... I love greenery, faux silk tree's & plants- & yes they have to be faux because I've somehow managed to kill every living plant I have EVER tried to keep indoors (lol).  I shop every & anywhere for my decor but my favorites's are Hobby Lobby, Gordman's, Kirkland's, Pier 1 & Micheals... I also shop at Walmart, K-mart, Target, & Family Dollar as well as online too :) Oh, & did I mention I LOOOOVE to SHOP :) I'm also totally obsessed with candles, candle holders & home fragrance. I also have a thing for pillows ( you can almost never have too many)... I love to look online to get new idea's & I'm also pretty crafty myself too... so, I'm not afraid to make, sew, or spray/hand paint ANYTHING!!! Well, there it all is in a nutshell :) Until next time... :):):)

Hello blog world :):):)  I am new to the blogging world.  I'm doing this as kinda a shot in the dark just to see what happens... (lol) Any- who here it goes... My name is Stacey and my plans for this blog are just to pretty much show off how fabulous one can be even though I live in a manufactured home... Alot of people have  a huge mis-conception of people who live in manufactured homes & I am making it my mission to prove that we all aren't the same...one of my favorite sayings is "Don't call me trash until you've stepped inside my trailer..." lbvs (laughing but very serious) I'm obsessed with decorating, home decor, crafting & cleaning/organizing & these will be my main focus of interest as far as my posts go, but I am also a fabulous cook & am just a lil teeny bit obssesed with fashion & celebrities so really there's no telling what in god's creation I just may post, but whatever it may be I have high hopes that some of you will feel compelled to follow me & enjoy what I have to offer........................................... and here it all BEGINS :):):)
